This Privacy Policy describes how SAMS Group of Companies collects, uses, and protects information from authorized employees using the SAMS Worker mobile application. This app is intended exclusively for internal use by SAMS employees.

• Precise location: GPS recorded at check-in/check-out to verify on-site presence
• Work logs: Task descriptions, categories, quantities, measurements
• Photos: Images uploaded to document completed work
• Device token: For push notifications
• Crash reports: Anonymous data to improve stability

How We Use Data

Data is used exclusively for workforce management: recording attendance, tracking completed work, generating payroll reports, and ensuring worker safety.

Data Storage

All data is stored on Google Firebase servers in the European Union (Ireland). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is accessible only to authorized SAMS management.
